Privacy policy

What data we collect: only the email address you voluntarily enter in the subscription form.

What for: to let you know about new stories and books. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

How long: until you ask to be removed.

Who it is shared with: with nobody for their own purposes. Emails are sent through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which acts as data processor and only uses them to send you these messages. To confirm your subscription you will receive an email with a link; nothing else is sent until you click it. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Flash fiction contest: if you take part, your name or pen name, your email and your text are stored to run the contest. The name you choose is published next to the story (never the email), as set out in the rules.

Visit statistics: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects browsing data without identifying you by name or email (see «Cookies»).

Your rights: you may request access to, rectification of or erasure of your data by writing to the contact address. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies

This site uses no advertising cookies. Only if you accept in the cookie notice does it use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) to measure visits statistically: which pages, books, stories and games draw the most interest, from what kind of device and from which country readers arrive. To do so it sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies, which last up to 2 years. Google may process this data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards required by the GDPR. If you do not accept, nothing from Google is loaded. You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie preferences button (also at the foot of every page).

The games store your saved game, your record and your preferences (such as the ambient sound) in your browser's local storage, which is never sent to any server and which you can clear whenever you like.

The purchase buttons lead to external shops such as Amazon, with their own terms and privacy policies.
