Sara Bauer is seventeen and lies in a coma on the fourth floor of a hospital in Madrid. While her body stays wired to the machines, her soul wanders the corridors alongside Alma, a black cat able to see the dead. There she will discover that she is not alone: the ghost of her brother Michael, a dybbuk that feeds on the weakest, and a boy called Alan who can see her.
